Hudson's Delight is, for the third time, under new management. This is
welcome news to restaurant goers in the Treasure Cay area who missed the offered alternative. New owner, Bridget Mills, should bring stability to
this nice little family-style eatery. Children are welcome, and will
delight in the accommodating menu. Seating for 32 at eight tables in this
bright, airy room can be expanded to the deck for special occasions.

The menu board listing Bahamian specialties is only part of the story. My
Sister in law asked if there was any snapper available, and indeed there
was, fried, broiled or baked. It arrived whole, beautiful and delicious.
Our order of grouper with mushroom sauce was excellent and fresh off the
stove. A nice Hollandaise graced the broccoli which accompanied the
main course.

Service was unobtrusive, friendly and attentive. The hors d'oeuvre,
ubiquitous conch fritters, were light, airy and hot and the Johnnycake warm and of the right consistency and texture.

Prices range from $15 to $23 per entree and the servings are more than
adequate. Diners seeking an alternative experience will not be
disappointed.
