Thanks Polly. We did collect some coconuts last week and I was able to use my
scuba knife to get them opened up....what a chore, but worth the effort. A machete
is the only way to tackle those or a long screw driver and a hammer.
The coconut water is quite good by itself but we went ahead and spoiled it by
adding some dark rum - how seet it is!! I think I am ready to start on my next t-shirt.

AW - glad to be home but ready to go back soon!!
