Hello...I will help you with the necessary papers for your pet and e-mail them to you...Also just bring a cooler with your meats...etc. in it...check it as a piece of luggage on your flight. Fax me a health certificate for your dog and I'll get the necessary papers and fax them back to you. Cheryl
