Tom, In your message regarding the Abaco Inn, you gave the manager a poor rating. I am sure you couldn't be talking about Judy Saul-Novo? She is the manager who has improved the services of the Inn 100%. She has improved the Inn's menu so that is the most diverse menu on the island. The food is terrific as you say and the service surpasses that of any other dinner place on the island. The manager is both the food and beverage manager and the over-all resort manager. Most resorts have two managers instead of just one, but Judy manages well. She works 10 to 12 hours a day, seven days a week. She not only manages, but on occassions must wait tables, cook, garden, and drive the Inn van. I doubt there is a better manager on the island! And to top things off she is community minded. In November when the Inn was struggling to open, she held a BBQ to help with island restoration after Floyd. In the spring she added the burden of a month long raffle to her duties. This resulted in another $5,000 for island renovation so that you as a tourist can enjoy it. Just a few days ago she again sponsered a benefit for a local family who's house burned. She raised $3,000 for the family. No other facility on the island has done as much. You may have caught Judy on an off moment, but more than likely you were the rude person that was the less than perfect tourist. Sincerely, Someone in support of the Abaco Inn and Judy Saul-Novo.
