I agree with you, when we were planning our trip, i had made reservations at the inn, then when i was gettting ready to purchase airline tickets, I called to "double-check", after they had sent a confirmation to me, they tell me they are all booked and as you said were rude. so went we with the house thing, I'm glad we did!! Privacy!!
