Forgive me if I am wrong, but when giving an answer that invokes a personal response, whose standards am I to use? Surely I cannot judge by any other standards but the ones I hold, and why? Because those standards which I hold are the ones I know best. However, in giving my response to anyone I try to be as general as possible with standards, while still holding fast to those standards. If I stand for nothing, I will fall for anything. And as to my response, it wasnt so much the fact that he brought Kalik into the picture (though I do find that somewhat not synchronus with family fun in the sun), it was the fact that he did not respond with a FAMILY in mind. If you read carefully, it don't sound as though he was thinking of a family activity at all. You did not see me respond to Margie K's message, because it gave the info that was being sought, even though it mentioned Nippers, which I personally would not think of a family spot. But I refrained from answering to that because that was more a personal standard than something that many would agree with.
And yes, sarcaasm was necessary, it gets the point across in a quick and unique way. And as for minding my own business, well...Abaco is my business, the Bahamas is my business, and if anyone on this board minded there own business there would be little or no response, and thus no board.
But your welcome to mind my business again if you should so choose.
Have a nice day.
JB
