Hi Secret/no email address Shrimper!!

Relax and think about all the money you will save by NOT having to hire a private detective to track us all down!!!

Be advised that as usual in the Bahamas, you will be on "Island Time"! Also, your idea of "Island Time" will probably be just a little faster than real "Island Time"!! The key to happiness is to "Go wit da flow Mon"!

Enjoy as much as you can while you are there! It's tempting to sleep in late, but remember, you can sleep when you get home!! Get up and wander the docks around 8:15am so that you can have a seat on a dock next to a boat that is listening to the morning "Cruisers Net" on VHF 68. This will get you excited about that day's events as you hear about all that is "happenin'" in Abaco!

Eat at different restaurants, shop in as many shops as you can, buy and bring home as much as you can carry!! Our house is decorted with many items that we have picked up during our many trips to Abaco. When you look at a nice watercolour of the lighthouse in Hope Town, you'll smile!! Even in the dead of winter!

So Shrimp Mon, go, enjoy, eat, drink, shop, buy, walk, swim, fish, rent, snorkel, sunbathe, party, order, purchase, talk, laugh and even sing while you are in one of the most beautiful places on Earth!!

To quote from an old brochure from Treasure Cay Resort Hotel & Marina, poet Rachel Field said, "Once you have slept on an island, you'll never be quite the same."

How true!
