We snorkeled at Fowl Cay in late May and their were moorings at one site there. Groggies dive boat tied up there. I can't remember the exact name of the reef but Skeet LaChance's son has a wonderful memorial plaque at the reef. I'm sure some one will know the name and location of that one. Great snorkeling there; saw many reef fish and a large pod of dolphins while boating to it. A caribbean reef shark hung around us for a while. When you're in the area, and see a dive op tied up on a mooring, just wait around a second, for their never tied up too long to wait. Robert
