Great info, thanks.

Gotta confess that I've killed and eaten (smoked) every billfish that I've ever caught! That would amount to my one and only sail caught off Miami in the late 70's when it was okay to keep an occasional billfish.

I do, however, actively practice "Fillet and Release" but only those fish for personal consumption. Check out my pics for some fillet action on my 16lb Mutton at the T/Cay Marina.
