Thanks for the info! You certainly did a lot in a short period of time!! The opposite of the folks that would rather sit on the beach and read a book! That's what makes Abaco so great!! I try and diet BEFORE I go so that I can grow into my clothes before the return flight home!! It makes ordering at our favorite restaurants so much more fun!! Ready, excercise!!
