What ever you wear in Clearwater will do. The temps are about the same. The water temp is comfortable now. I don't think Island Boil is open. You can eat at Touch of Class or they will deliver the meal to you. All entrees are served with peas and rice, overcooked veggies, and conch fritters. I usually make a salad while I wait for the Bahamian style steam grouper ($13) to arrive. There is a Hatian woman who comes around the villa area with fresh veggies. Really fresh - like the stems are still moist from picking. Ask about her at the front desk. I am sure they will get her to your room.
