The short answer to your question on bonefish is yes. I would recommend getting
a guide to take you to the Marls on the West side of the island. There are two
guides that we have fished with over the past four years that I can recommend:
Christopher Pinder (email... skeeterone@oii.net, phone... (242) 367-2234) and
Justin Sands (email... j.sands@oii.net, phone... (242) 367-3526). The biting
fies are a little more bothersome in July but the wind doesn't blow quite as
hard so casting is much easier. I spend all of my time in the flats so I don't
know anything about the deep water stuff. Hope this helps. If you need anymore
detail then post another question. If you're fly fishing then I could recommend
a few patterns to take otherwise bring your spinning tackle and use shrimp. But
fly fishing is THE only way to go in my book!
