Head for Casaurina… from Abaco Towns, go to the light, turn left and head for the airport. Go strait thru the rotary at the airport and continue south.
There’s an old sign for Casaurina – and signage for Different of Abaco that will direct you to turn left from the main drag… continue east until the road ends and turn left again. You’ll pass thru a residential neighborhood, and when you pass the last house on the right, you’ll turn right toward the ocean onto a little beach access spur road… Don’t drive too close to the beach! The sand turns loose pretty quickly, so stay behind the pines…

The whole trip is maybe 15 miles and takes about 1/2 hour from MH...

Make sure you schedule your visit to coincide with low tide. If you haven’t been there before, you’ll be amazed at how far out “into the ocean” you can walk without getting more than your shins wet. There’s no shade, shelter, or bathroom facilities of any kind – so prepare accordingly… Enjoy!
