Place for two nights in Marsh Harbor close to Conch Inn

Hello. My wife and I need a place close to the Conch Inn Marina for 4/21 and 4/22/2000. We just want to bed down before going to Guana for a week. Tried the Conch Inn but their booked up both those days. Will probably rent a car and tour the island- want to see the national park and try to spot the Abaco Parrot, so just need an inexpensive/moderately priced place. Any one know if there are tours of the park? Also, need names of rental places close to the conch inn. Please advise and thank you.
