You need to make that a Chinese restaurant. Having lived in Seoul for two years I can attest the Koreans love tender puppies. They tenderize them by beating them slowly to death over a period of 3-4 hours with a switch. Yum-Yum. Koreans usually only eat meat in the Fall (Sept-Oct) and the urge to eat it is strong. When I would go up to the DMZ I would see Korean women chasing huge rats with a big stick, and after catching them, in the pot. Serve with Kimchi. Yum-Yum. Overall they prefer the puppies, rats are a last gasp.

Chinese love anything, dogs, snakes, cats, chicken feet, you name it. Horrible diet, but you seldom see a fat Chinaman who eats purely an Asian fare.
