New Abaco Chat Room update

This new Abaco Chat Room (ACR) has really taken off. It's providing a great forum for:
(1) Helping out THIS Board - the Real Board
(2) Helping out ABACO - two forums
(3) The "characters" to "hug" their "kid" today
(4) Meeting others and getting to know them better
(5) More quickly learning more details about Abaco related specifics
(6) And...be careful, it's sort of like having an Abaco Coconut Telegragh!! There's more but there are also a couple other feaatures of interest.... The new Abaco Chat Room now has: (1) Message Posting and replies: This provides a way to post similar questions and information of a more diverse nature (all in the good spirit and fun of Abaco) as well as other more serious ones like spreading rumors about some drunk guy giving away t-shirts at the Board Meetings. But remember,History WILL repeat itself....and not all rumors are completely accurate especially if spread by someone who was NOT there!!! (2) Calendar: This is a great way to:
(a) Find out (or set) the date/time/location of up coming Board Meetings
(b) Find out when someone else might be going
(c) Decide that you DON't want to go because one of those characters your momma told you about will be there
(d) Decide you DO want to go because YOU are one of those SAME people their momma told them about
(e) Decide you DO want to go because YOU wannabe one of those SAME people their momma told them about
(f) Share other completely extraneous information of no interest to Abaco but perhaps of other caring Board members such as an upcoming anniversary (there are 2 out there now), marriage or birth or even a re-birth So get on-Board the ACR and prove that you TOO can watch the Board and the ACR and the same time AND participate in the chats. It's quite a challenge and quite entertaining at the same time. Now, if you REALLY want a challenge , just find a way to inhibit your ability to react quickly to a technically challenging and fast moving environment like this, and you'll quickly find that YOU TOO can slur your words - it's happened many times already. Either typing way too fast or ...well, you get the picture. Nuf 'said. No need for ANY responses here - just FYI. Thanks again for the support of this endeavor from those at the Real Board!! AW - BTW, here in Columbia,SC it's snowing like heck and there are about 2" of snow already on the ground and it does not seem to letting up....JAX sounds pretty good about now. See ya'll on the Abaco Coconut Telegraph tonight - Maybe we can get some weather reports tonight??
